All orders are shipped with worldwide shipment tracking & signature confirmation via our shipping carrier partners Canada Post & United Parcel Service. Please allow 1-2 business days for standard order processing, and up to 5 business days during all sales periods & holidays. Tracking will be sent via email and can be tracked on Canada Post or UPS websites.

Please note: shipping address must match billing address for order fulfillment. Any information discrepancies will automatically cancel the order and incur a 15% restocking fee. Once a shipment leave our facility, ODTO is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft and any inquiries must be directed towards the shipping courier.

Selecting the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout allows customers to pay online for a product and pick it up at our retail location - free of charge. In-Store Pickup orders are usually ready within the same business day but may take up to 48 hours depending on item availability. Once an order is ready for pickup, an automated email notification will be sent with instructions to pick up your order.

Any international duties, customs and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any inquiries regarding duties, customs and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.
