All products are sold in authentic & brand new condition unless specifically stated, which allows every customer to buy with confidence without worrying about legitimacy and sanitary factors. Due to the nature of our products' exclusivity and consignor fees, we ask that all customers verify that their correct option (e.g. size, colour) has been selected prior to checkout.

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately for our team to evaluate the issue as soon as possible. A partial/full refund may be automatically processed due to price adjustments, website errors, inventory issues, fraud prevention, etc. Order cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be reflected on your original payment method.
