Jordan Brand pays homage to the Tar Heels colours of Michael Jordan's alma mater at the University of North Carolina. The Air Jordan 5 UNC features a university blue nubuck upper throughout the silhouette, with translucent TPU netting located on the quarter panel, alongside a speckled white shark-tooth design located on the midsole. A black Jumpman logo is embroidered on the 3M-reflective tongue with a Team Jordan woven tag stitched on the heel, and 'HEART.' & 'SOUL." woven tags stitched on the tongue interior. Additional details include a black midsole and translucent blue outsole.
