GENERAL INFORMATION

Our retail location accepts cash (CAD currency), credit, and debit payments.

Our website currently accepts the following payment types:

- Buy Now, Pay Later with Sezzle

All products are guaranteed 100% authentic & brand new - with original packaging & accompanying accessories, unless stated otherwise.

Customers can buy with confidence as every item is thoroughly inspected and authenticated by the OD team. Although extreme care & cleanliness is maintained in our inventory, archival items may be subject to discolouration, glittering, oxidation, yellowing and/or other natural defects beyond our control.

Unfortunately we do not provide any authentication services or legit checks at the moment.

All purchases are strictly FINAL SALE - no returns or exchanges allowed.

Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items ‚ÄĒ resolving any inquires over any insured order.

Customers can choose to pay for Route insurance on packages at checkout, which will be a percentage of the total purchase value. We highly encourage customers purchasing high valued items to pay for package protection.

ODTO is not liable for any packages lost in transit ‚ÄĒ if Route insurance is not purchased, ODTO will not refund or replace any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Due to high demand, orders are subject to 1 - 2 business days for processing. Once an order is shipped, a shipment email along with a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with the order.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for domestic shipping & 2 - 4 weeks for worldwide shipping. Please note that once a shipment departs from our facility, the shipping courier will be responsible for the secure delivery of your order.

All shipments include expedited service with full insurance coverage, worldwide tracking, and signature confirmation. Upon delivery, customers must provide matching credentials and signature confirmation to receive the package from the shipping courier.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders at the sole discretion of ODTO. All orders are subject to review for website errors, inventory issues, fraud prevention, etc. If an order is cancelled, the customer will be notified via email with a specified reason. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your original payment method.

BUYING & SELLING

OD currently offers selling & consignment options for the latest footwear, streetwear, and collectibles.

* 100% AUTHENTIC & BRAND NEW ONLY *

Footwear must be in deadstock condition with original box & accessories; streetwear & collectibles must be in brand new condition with accompanying packaging and/or tags. Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt) is recommended.

OD currently offers an '80/20' consignment program that provides 80% compensation to the consignee under our 20% consignment rate.

Consignees have the option to select their preferred listing price or the suggested price recommended from our team. All items will be handled with care and subject to be photographed for marketing purposes and displayed at our retail location. Consigned items are required to be held for a minimum of 30 days before request for removal - a 15% early termination fee may be charged for removal before the 30 day minimum. Once a consigned item is sold, the consignee will be notified and paid via INTERAC e-Transfer - please allow 3 to 5 business days for payouts to be delivered.
